Job Summary
Leading the Wastewater Collections application strategy, the full-time salaried Head of Application Solutions will drive market analysis, portfolio optimization, and business development while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to municipalities and utilities globally.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies aligned with business unit goals for Wastewater Collections
- Initiate and drive customer-centric development projects from concept to market launch
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights for application and customer needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) with 5-7 years of relevant experience in application management, business development, or product management
- Proven industry experience in a large manufacturing or infrastructure environment
- Experience presenting to executive management and influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries
- Fluent in English with strong analytical skills including P&L ownership and financial planning
- Proven expertise in wastewater submersible products and collection applications is a plus
