Job Summary
As a full-time Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team, the successful candidate will engage with Medicare members through inbound and outbound calls to promote healthy behaviors, assist with health services, and provide education on benefits and screenings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Work through barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services and support
- Document interactions accurately in member health records to maintain comprehensive service records
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or outreach role involving member or consumer interaction
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
