Job Summary
As a full-time Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team, the candidate will interact with Medicare members through inbound and outbound calls to promote healthy behaviors and assist with health services, medications, and resources aimed at improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to facilitate healthcare visits, screenings, vaccinations, and medication refills
- Address barriers to members' health and provide education to support informed health decisions
- Document all interactions accurately in members' health records
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or outreach role involving member or consumer interaction
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional communication and strong active listening skills
- High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
