Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team to engage with Medicare members through outbound calls, providing education on health screenings and services while working remotely in the EST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Work through barriers to improve members' health and deliver exceptional member experiences through empathetic communication
- Document interactions accurately in members' health records and provide essential education to support informed health decisions
Required qualifications
- Advanced experience with Windows-based applications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
- High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Reliable hard-wired internet connectivity; DSL, satellite, and wireless broadband are not permitted
