Job Summary
As a full-time Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team, the candidate will engage with Medicare members through inbound and outbound calls to promote healthy behaviors, assist with health services, and ensure members understand their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to facilitate healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Address barriers to members' health and provide education to support informed health decisions
- Document interactions accurately in members' health records to maintain comprehensive records
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or outreach role involving members/consumers
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
