Job Summary
To support the Healthy Outcomes Team, the full-time Health Advocate Call Coordinator will engage with Medicare members and providers through inbound and outbound calls to facilitate health screenings, medications, and services while ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
- Overcome barriers to promote members' health and deliver educational support for informed health decisions
- Document all interactions accurately in members' health records to maintain comprehensive service records
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Professional communication and strong active listening skills
- High computer literacy, including troubleshooting capabilities
- Proficiency with Windows, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
