Job Summary

Dedicated to improving health outcomes, the full-time Health Advocate Call Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members and providers, assisting them with health screenings, services, and medication refills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to facilitate healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills
• Address barriers to members' health and provide educational support for informed health decisions
• Document interactions accurately in members' health records to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications

• High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace with hard-wired connectivity
• Professional communication skills with strong active listening and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in a high-volume call environment or with production expectations preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
