Health and Wellness Coach
Job Summary
To support K-12 students and school staff, the contract Health and Wellness Coach will conduct weekly virtual coaching sessions, providing skill-based support to help clients achieve their goals while working remotely from any location in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients
- Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns
- Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals around everyday challenges
Required qualifications
- Coaching Certification
- Bachelor's in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
