Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of health and wellness programs for over 70,000 employees, the full-time Health Benefits Director will manage vendor partnerships, drive innovation, and analyze program performance to ensure high-quality coverage at sustainable costs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs across various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability
• Coordinate vendor partnerships and drive market-informed strategies to enhance program quality and employee experience
• Analyze program effectiveness and outcomes to ensure competitive coverage and sustainable costs

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 13 years of related work experience in HR or Benefits, including at least five years in a leadership role
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience, including five years in a leadership position
• Strong experience in vendor and medical provider management and plan design
• Proven ability to influence and partner across various organizational levels
• Experience in leading health benefits and financial benefits initiatives
