Health Care Contracting Associate

Job Summary

Executing healthcare contracting and payment activities for moderately complex engagements, the full-time remote Health Care Contracting Senior Associate will manage contracting lifecycles, coordinate payment processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute contracting activities across the lifecycle for moderately complex HCC engagements
• Review invoices and expenses for accuracy, ensuring timely payment completion
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support implementation of process enhancements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience
• Familiarity with legal, research, and/or clinical development in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience with analytics software and financial systems such as SAP and Ariba
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Planning and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
