Health Economics Director
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Health Economics Director, this full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of HEOR strategies, ensuring alignment with clinical development and market access needs for vidofludimus calcium.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized, multi-year HEOR strategy in collaboration with the RWE function and Medical Affairs
- Design and oversee HEOR and outcomes research studies, including economic modeling, to inform payer and HTA discussions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR considerations into clinical programs and launch readiness planning
Required qualifications
- At least eight years of progressive HEOR or related evidence-generation experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (or six years with a PhD, PharmD, or MD)
- Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative or clinical discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge of HEOR research methods and experience with economic models and real-world evidence research
- Familiarity with the US payer landscape and global HTA evidence requirements
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in a pre-commercial biotech environment
