Job Summary
Leading advanced data initiatives, the full-time Health Informatics Senior Analyst will analyze large-scale healthcare data to support clinical programs and operational effectiveness, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare claims and clinical data to identify trends and inform organizational strategies
- Design and deliver advanced reports for pricing, risk evaluation, and utilization management
- Lead the development of forecasting models and statistical analyses to improve program outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 3 years in a PBM or managed care environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacy claims data and formulary management
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
