Health Innovation Lead
Job Summary
Driving the global health innovation agenda, the remote, full-time Health Innovation Lead will manage evidence-based initiatives to tackle pressing health system challenges in fragile and resource-constrained settings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Relief International's Health Innovation Strategy, focusing on evidence-based innovation opportunities
- Identify and prioritize health-system challenges where innovation can enhance outcomes, quality, equity, and resilience
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with health ministries, donors, and research institutions to promote impactful health innovations
Required qualifications
- Advanced qualification in Public Health, Global Health, Health Systems, Health Policy, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in global health, particularly in low- and middle-income or humanitarian settings
- Strong expertise in health systems strengthening and practical solution development for complex health challenges
- Proven experience in identifying, adapting, and scaling health innovations beyond pilot stages
- Demonstrated ability in partnership building and resource mobilization
