Health Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative to focus on selling individual health insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions primarily over the phone
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to find suitable insurance packages
• Effectively cross-sell ancillary products and manage pipeline to ensure high conversion rates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience with a successful track record of goal achievement
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or retail industry preferred
• Solid understanding of individual under 65 health insurance policies and ancillary product packages
• Health & Life Insurance license is required, with a licensing course provided
• Must undergo extensive background checks including criminal and credit history reports
