Health Partnerships Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Health Partnerships Strategy Lead will manage research and analysis on social determinants of health, collaborate on process improvements, and develop population health strategies to enhance member care.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business intelligence related to social determinants of health to inform population health models
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements for existing and new projects
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and support the Population Health Analytics team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Human Service, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in program development and evaluation related to social determinants of health
• At least one year of experience in data analysis or analytic programming
• Healthcare and/or Managed Care experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with skills in Excel, Access, and SAS required
