Health Plan Installation Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the installation of new and renewal business sales, the full-time salaried Health Plan Installation Manager will manage post-sale tasks for active clients, ensuring timely completion of set-up milestones and addressing group and broker escalations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently escalate and resolve group and member concerns while tracking issues reported by brokers or groups
• Provide support to Account Executives during the implementation process, including gathering client requirements
• Ensure all parties are informed on implementation status and maintain accurate documentation for onboarding success

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Health Plan Sales, Benefit Counseling, or Account Management
• Knowledge of state-specific Health Plan Benefits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe
• Experience with CRM systems and detail-oriented work
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
