Health Policy Partner

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of health policy initiatives, the full-time remote Health Policy Partner will conduct extensive research and analysis to influence policy decisions, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance the organization's policy agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership in monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory trends impacting healthcare delivery
• Oversees high-level analysis of proposed policies, offering strategic assessments and actionable recommendations to the executive team
• Leads the drafting of policy briefs and official testimony for legislative audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• 7+ years of significant health policy experience (required)
• Deep understanding of government relations and policy planning processes
• Knowledge of state and federal legislative and executive processes, including key players and regional procedures
