Health Services Analytics VP
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of analytics functions, the full-time salaried Vice President of Health Services Analytics will implement a Unified KPI & Operating Performance Dashboard, drive automation and AI efficiencies, and enhance business processes to improve member health outcomes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the North Star vision for Health Services Analytics, aligning strategic priorities with measurable business impacts
- Establish a unified analytics operating model and governance framework, ensuring a streamlined approach to analytics requests and value realization
- Design and maintain a comprehensive KPI inventory and Unified KPI & Operating Performance Dashboard for Health Services Operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as actuarial science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
- 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics or enterprise analytics leadership
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing analytical teams and large-scale initiatives
- Proven experience in designing and implementing analytics operating models
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership
