Health System Analyst
Job Summary
To support a potential contract award with a Federal Client, the remote Health System Analyst will serve as a senior healthcare IT and data subject matter expert, focusing on Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) and enterprise transformation activities while assessing data impacts on financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on EHR data structures, workflows, and financial data dependencies, including conducting comparative analyses
- Support reconciliation and integration across various clinical and financial data sources to enhance data completeness and consistency
- Translate complex technical findings into business impacts for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with government requirements
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a healthcare IT consultant with a focus on data management in large enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Millennium or similar electronic health record platforms
- Strong understanding of Veterans Equitable Resource Allocation (VERA) and Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA) processes
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to satisfy personnel suitability/security requirements and complete required privacy training
