Job Summary

Providing advanced expertise and leadership in clinical applications, the full-time remote Health Systems Informatics Consultant will develop, implement, and support clinical systems for medication management, ensuring safety and compliance across the pharmacy enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical applications and pharmacy automation
• Evaluate workflows and system performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Serve as a liaison among Pharmacy Informatics, pharmacy operations, and IT teams to align technology solutions with clinical needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in a relevant field is desirable
• 6 years of relevant experience required; 8-12 years preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical practice, and information systems
• Experience in developing and supporting clinical application systems
• Ability to promote team standards and foster a positive team culture
