Health Systems President & GM

Job Summary

Leading the Health Systems business, the remote President & GM will manage strategy, growth, P&L, and customer relationships for a portfolio that includes Hospital at Home and Chronic Care, driving the next stage of business development and scaling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line
• Develop and execute the business plan, including growth priorities, revenue goals, and customer strategy
• Lead strategic enterprise opportunities and cultivate relationships with senior health system executives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing an enterprise go-to-market playbook
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions into large health systems
• Deep understanding of health systems' evaluation and implementation of clinical and technology-enabled care models
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
