Job Summary

Supporting high-visibility strategic and operational projects, the full-time remote Health Systems Project Manager will manage complex initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring successful completion of key deliverables while collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management for the development and implementation of key initiatives across strategic, operational, and financial portfolios
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, adapting project management approaches to meet specific project needs
• Report on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, overseeing multiple projects successfully
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and teams toward achieving strategic goals
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience working in a matrixed health system environment and collaborating across multiple areas
