Seeking a strategic and experienced Healthcare Account Supervisor, this full-time remote position will manage multiple client accounts, oversee PR deliverables, and mentor junior team members while developing and implementing communications strategies that align with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Guide media relations strategy and oversee the creation of thought leadership programs to position clients as industry leaders
• Mentor and manage a team of PR professionals, balancing workloads and ensuring quality control across accounts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of PR experience, particularly in an agency setting
• Proven success in leading client programs and managing account teams
• Strong writing, pitching, and presentation skills
• Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
