Healthcare Administration Faculty

Job Summary

To support the Doctor of Healthcare Administration program, the part-time Faculty Healthcare Administration will teach undergraduate and graduate courses remotely, engage with students through live lectures and discussions, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with faculty to enhance the learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring student engagement and timely feedback on assignments
• Conduct weekly outreach to students and host live lectures, maintaining a presence in the online classroom
• Assist in curriculum maintenance and resolve academic integrity issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (doctorate preferred) from an accredited institution
• Experience teaching in an online environment at the college/university level
• Familiarity with Blackboard learning management system is preferred
• Certification in a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to provide own equipment and maintain secure internet access for remote teaching
