Healthcare AI Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing daily implementation activities, the full-time Healthcare AI Implementation Lead will manage a team to drive AI adoption in healthcare, coordinate project execution, and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads AI adoption efforts through readiness assessments and workflow analyses
• Monitors project timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure successful execution
• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems and facilities
• Experience in leading implementation activities and managing project teams
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong skills in risk identification, issue tracking, and corrective action support
