Shaping and delivering healthcare AI assessments, the full-time Healthcare AI Solutions Lead will translate customer needs into feasible scopes, manage delivery across various teams, and ensure successful project outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer goals into assessment scopes and delivery plans with clear technical and commercial assumptions
- Coordinate DataLab, engineering, commercial teams, and data partners throughout each delivery stage
- Manage changing requirements and competing projects while recommending priorities and assessing impacts on timing and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Experience in shaping and delivering complex customer or partner engagements
- Proven ability to coordinate technical, operational, and external stakeholders effectively
- Experience managing changing requirements and difficult timelines while maintaining customer trust
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement playbooks or operating processes
- Optional: Experience with healthcare data, AI evaluations, or ML products is valuable
