Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst

Job Summary

Evaluating data from extensive datasets, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value areas, develop solutions, and deliver insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and assist with the implementation of business solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis
• Preferred experience in healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, or IT
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Tableau is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
