Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing extensive datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst will work remotely to extract insights from various data sources, develop complex reports, and contribute to large-scale projects aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends and assessing their business impact
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, gathering requirements and validating results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and management
- Healthcare analytics experience preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
