Key Responsibilities
- Setting SIR's business strategy and defining the roadmap for advanced analytics
- Leading and developing the SIR operations team and analytics initiative resources
- Maintaining fluency with medical and pharmacy claims data to ensure accuracy and relevance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare analytics or related environments
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams
