Job Summary
Managing client reporting and analytics, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Manager will oversee performance metrics, compliance reporting, and data analytics while remaining hands-on with SQL and claims data in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own reporting frameworks and standards to meet client requirements and SLAs
- Manage a team of reporting analysts, providing guidance and feedback on technical work
- Write and optimize SQL queries against large-scale healthcare claims datasets while ensuring data quality and reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field, or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or healthcare claims data analysis
- Deep knowledge of healthcare claims data, including formats such as 837/835/271
- Advanced SQL skills for writing, debugging, and performance-tuning complex queries
- Experience with modern BI/reporting platforms and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
