Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Manager will leverage healthcare data to support new product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and integrity in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Application Development teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Identify process improvements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with medical claims data and proficiency in SQL Server
- Experience working in Python and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong track record of converting complex data into actionable insights and impactful products
