Healthcare Board Member

Job Summary

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Board Member will provide strategic guidance and governance for Healthcare Shares, advising on market opportunities, investment themes, and ecosystem growth in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision
• Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy
• Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, supporting the firm's ecosystem and portfolio

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
• Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
• Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems
• Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups
• Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
