Healthcare Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the part-time Healthcare Business Analyst will provide user support, evaluate workflow needs, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, primarily working remotely with one day onsite in Richmond, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate current EHR capabilities and recommend solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Experience providing application support in healthcare environments
- Strong skills in requirements documentation and enhancement analysis
- Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows
- Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio
- Experience participating in structured testing cycles
