Healthcare Business Architect
Job Summary
Leading business discovery and data product development for Healthcare / Clinical Operations, the full-time Healthcare Business Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, assess their value, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical outputs in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business discovery sessions to define objectives, workflows, and decision points for healthcare use cases
- Translate business requirements into data product definitions and establish success criteria and KPIs
- Support user acceptance testing and validate use cases with business stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or product roles, particularly in data or analytics programs
- Domain experience in healthcare payer operations or clinical operations, including utilization management
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, preferably with familiarity in Databricks
- Proven experience in defining KPIs and success metrics for data or AI initiatives
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of PHI in data programs
