Healthcare Business Architect
Job Summary
Owning the business side for Healthcare / Clinical Operations, the full-time remote Healthcare Business Architect will lead business discovery, translate requirements into data product definitions, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams for successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business discovery with stakeholders to define objectives, workflows, and decision points for use cases
- Translate business requirements into data product definitions, including owners, consumers, and success criteria
- Support user acceptance testing and plan the transition of delivered use cases to operational teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in business architecture, business analysis, or product roles, particularly in data or analytics programs
- Domain experience in healthcare payer operations, specifically in Healthcare / Clinical Operations
- Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, with familiarity in Databricks or lakehouse concepts
- Experience defining KPIs and success metrics for data or AI initiatives
- Familiarity with HIPAA and handling of PHI in data programs
