Job Summary
Leading Agile delivery for complex healthcare payer platform implementation and modernization programs, the full-time Consulting Principal, Healthcare Claims will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery initiatives, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Coordinate execution across business analysis, development, testing, and release management workstreams
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog and improve delivery predictability through effective reporting and risk management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Consulting Manager in healthcare payer transformation programs
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and Jira administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in large-scale technology implementations
- Thorough understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
