Job Summary
Responsible for translating business and operational needs into clear system requirements and user stories, the full-time Healthcare Claims Product Owner will work remotely to manage healthcare claims processing workflows, support user acceptance testing, and ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between Operations, Technology, and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items based on business needs and operational impacts
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that technology solutions meet documented requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Six (6)+ years of experience in healthcare technology or claims operations
- Direct experience with healthcare claims, claims systems, and processing
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and the claims lifecycle
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and managing a product backlog
