Job Summary
To shape and accelerate partnerships within the Healthcare (Payer focused) industry, the full-time Healthcare Client Partner will manage executive relationships, drive growth, and oversee global delivery teams while collaborating closely with leadership and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead account management, driving growth and expanding into new lines of business with full P&L ownership
- Oversee the full lifecycle of client engagement, from origination and solution shaping to delivery assurance
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships while collaborating with offering leaders to develop innovative, AI-led solutions
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically with Payer clients
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts with multi-stakeholder engagements
- Experience in consulting or professional services firms, particularly in digital, data, and AI transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Strong capability in procurement negotiation and guiding global delivery teams through influence
