Healthcare Client Services Associate

Job Summary

Supporting successful client implementations and ongoing account needs, the full-time Healthcare Client Services Associate will ensure accurate data loads, conduct quality assurance, and provide client training remotely while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client implementations by accurately loading client data into software input formats
• Review physician-hospital duty structures and provide recommendations for contract mapping within the platform
• Conduct quality assurance on data loads and deliverables, identifying trends during contract reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of healthcare-related experience required, with familiarity in physician-hospital contracts strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, especially provider compensation and contractual structures
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy
• Experience in account expansion or sales within hospitals, health systems, or physician groups is preferred
