Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations in optimizing their workflows, the full-time remote Client Services Consultant will leverage healthcare expertise to guide customers in adopting Axuall solutions, improve operational efficiency, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workflow discovery to understand customer processes and recommend future-state workflows
- Guide customers through organizational change to drive successful adoption of Axuall solutions
- Own the quality of workflow recommendations throughout implementation and optimization phases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or customer success, preferably with healthcare credentialing or provider operations
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand complex workflows and recommend practical solutions
- Deep knowledge of healthcare domain and ability to develop expertise in Axuall products
- Experience in guiding customers through workflow transformation and achieving measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear recommendations
