Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Collections Specialist working remotely, the full-time role will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients' customers with outstanding balances while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and TCPA guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations and client guidelines

Required qualifications

- Minimum one year of collections experience in healthcare
