Healthcare Communications Consultant
Job Summary
To support health plans in enhancing member experiences, the full-time remote Healthcare Communications Consultant will advise on payer communications, manage complex member correspondence, and lead communication initiatives for Medicare Advantage and Commercial health plans.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on healthcare payer communications and support enrollment-related initiatives
- Analyze business requirements and recommend compliant communication solutions
- Manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plan products
- Experience supporting healthcare member communications and enrollment initiatives
- Expertise in communication strategy and regulatory communication requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
