Healthcare Compliance Director

Job Summary

To lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance initiatives, the full-time Healthcare Compliance Director will operationalize regulatory guidance into internal policies, serve as a compliance resource across the organization, and support compliance education efforts, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize healthcare regulatory guidance into actionable internal policies and procedures
• Serve as a key compliance resource, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and administer the healthcare Compliance program, including risk assessments and audit plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience managing others in a healthcare compliance setting
• Working knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and state and federal laws
• Strong communication skills and proven success working with cross-functional teams
