Healthcare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time hybrid Compliance Manager will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program ensuring adherence to Medicaid, Medicare, and HIPAA regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a compliance program that meets state and federal regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA standards and monitor for potential violations while collaborating with IT and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (CHC, CCEP) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, specifically with Medicaid, Medicare, and HIPAA regulations
• Demonstrated experience in auditing, monitoring, and risk management within a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of state and federal Medicaid/Medicare programs and healthcare compliance enforcement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software tools
