Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Sr. Healthcare Consultant, Medicare Analytics will analyze large healthcare datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and support network strategy and contract negotiations through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare datasets using SAS to identify cost, utilization, and market trends
- Develop and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards for network strategy and business decision-making
- Support pricing model development and financial impact assessments for provider negotiations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance and network analytics, including analysis of large claims data
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of provider payment methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based models
- Experience with CMS reimbursement methodologies and regulatory guidelines
