Job Summary
Supporting the Managed Care team, the full-time Healthcare Consulting Analyst will build trusted client relationships, analyze managed care data, and translate complex findings into strategic recommendations, with opportunities for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as a responsive day-to-day partner
- Analyze client data and reimbursement trends to identify financial and operational insights
- Translate complex findings into clear communications, including presentations and reports
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare consulting, or managed care
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, analytics, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of managed care and reimbursement structures
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
