Job Summary

Passionate about healthcare messaging, the full-time remote Copy Supervisor will lead the development of strategic copy, mentor junior writers, and ensure regulatory compliance while crafting compelling narratives for HCP and patient audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of brand messaging and develop high-quality, strategic copy across multiple platforms
• Write and refine persuasive, compliant content that translates complex scientific data into engaging narratives
• Mentor and develop junior copywriters, providing feedback and training to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a pharma copywriter with expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong background in regulatory compliance and navigating medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior writers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and strategists
• Demonstrated strategic thinking in healthcare messaging and audience engagement
