Healthcare Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the healthcare customer success portfolio, the full-time remote Healthcare Cybersecurity Manager will manage portfolio performance, mentor Technical CSMs, and ensure the adoption of OT/IT security across healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional ARR planning and attainment for healthcare accounts, aligning resources and addressing retention risks
- Standardize healthcare-specific EBR narratives and partner with customers on compliance storytelling
- Establish and enforce portfolio-level healthcare risk playbooks and coordinate cross-functional mitigations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS or enterprise cybersecurity, with 5+ years focused on healthcare IT
- Proven track record managing technical portfolios in healthcare cybersecurity or medical device security
- Deep understanding of healthcare network infrastructure and communication protocols
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and FDA cybersecurity guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
