Healthcare Data Analyst
Job Summary
Calculating, validating, and processing broker commission and incentive payments, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will work remotely to analyze variances, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide support to brokers while ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and validate broker commission and incentive payments
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, performing adjustments and audit activities
- Serve as a point of contact for brokers and agencies, addressing commission inquiries and payment issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, social/physical/life science, business, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Access
- One year of experience with business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools
- Experience in pharmacy data analytics and statistical modeling
