Healthcare Data Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing complex healthcare data, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Analyst will generate actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that support business decisions
- Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure performance
- Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and presentations for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including CPT codes and claims
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred
